The Vappu Night Tunkkaus will be held again on Wednesday, April 30, 2025! This two-hour (21:00-23:00) tunkkaus competition will take place at the old ski slope in Salmi (Salmentie 75, Otalampi). The winner is the one who runs the most laps within the 2-hour time limit, and a special prize will be awarded for the fastest single ascent during the competition. The event has been organized three times on the evening of Vappu, and registration is now open!
Highlights
- We climb up Salmi Hill in the darkening evening for two hours (9:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Doughnuts and mead available.
- Electronic timing for everyone and GPS tracking for 20 runners.
